Our Philippines TV Feature

As I wrote on one of my previous posts, I went home to the Philippines on the last leg of my one year trip in Asia. I was then featured on Our Philippines on a trip to Ilocos and tell on my interview the places I traveled to in the Philippines and promote the country as a tourist destination.

I didn’t really intend to blog but one of the biggest reasons why I write here is because I have met so many travelers who are curious, worried and do not even consider traveling to the Philippines in their South East Asian adventures. This makes me sad and thought about promoting my home country as a traveler’s destination, not only for seasoned travelers but also for solo, independent and first time travelers through writing. Thus, this blog was born and one of my very first posts here was about the Philippines.

I do not appear on videos at all but this was such a great opportunity for me to promote my home country and I’m so happy to share this video with you in the hopes that you too would come visit and see the beauty of my home country, if you haven’t been or haven’t been reading my writings about the destinations I’ve been to.

Here’s the original link to the interview.

Since they have just posted this on their site, my accompanying blog posts are here and here.

The Philippines has 7107 islands and I have only seen a fraction of it as my blog is not only about the Philippines but also about world travel. If you’re interested in learning more about the Philippines, I suggest you visit Our Philippines TV. It truly is a great place to watch and read more about the culture, food, race and a lot more interesting and exciting places to visit. I have personally met the founder of this channel and all I can say is that he’s 100% committed and so passionate in showing people all the beautiful experiences the Philippines has to offer to any type of traveler. There’s so much more to it than what I’ve known and I lived here the first 20 years of my life!

I’m so happy to say that after posting this link on my facebook, I have now two European friends that are now booked to a trip to the Philippines. This makes me extremely happy and has already made this interview a success!

As always, I’m so grateful to my readers who have followed me along my trips and blog posts. Special thanks to Mr. Marasigan and The Our Philippines TV crew for the wonderful trip and great video clip! It has been fun traveling and sharing excellent meals and my travel stories with everyone.

I hope you don’t miss out on traveling to the Philippines! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Love,

Anna
